An Entirely Un-Official, Official Satire.

I don’t typically include much spec work in my portfolio – but this project, is near and dear to my heart. Plus…well..Star Wars!

Designed to poke some humorous holes in the poor management and lackluster community relations found in the Kabam RPG mobile title: Star Wars Uprising – this was a collaboration between myself and Hokkigai, a well known, and truly talented illustrator, friend and artistic mentor of mine. Not to mention, one of the best players (alongside myself) in the now-defunct game.

Hokkigai was responsible for the original concept of the satire, as well as the original line-art. The digitization and colour process was all me. The entire process, done virtually, took approximately 2 months from beginning to end. It’s really too bad this game went south. The opportunities, really did appear endless for the title.
