It’s true. Big things do come in small packages. At 4′ 8″, Devo arrived with an enormous suitcase, dozens of wardrobe options and enough looks to fill an entire day. Completely prepared and endlessly adaptable, she made the hard part less about getting the shot and more about deciding which version of her to photograph next.
